Research interests
(1) studying molecular mechanisms regulating cognitive functions including learning and memory, especially focusing on neuro-glia interaction
(2) developing novel molecular/genetic tools for dissecting complex circuit connectivity and activities regulating cognitive functions

- electrophysiology & fluorescence imaging tools using acute brain slices and cultured cells
- molecular biology for cloning/manipulating/delivering targeted genes.
